In addition, G1 Therapeutics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,050,000 additional shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on May 17, 2017 under the ticker symbol “GTHX.”
